Those who choose to take Sports Fitness Training will master the following:
- You must be willing to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
- You must be willing to be a great lifting partner and have outstanding school attendance.
- You must be willing to be disciplined in the weight room and follow all safety guidelines.
If you can do accomplish these requirements, you will have an opportunity to participate in one of the greatest classes you will ever take at Tantasqua Regional High School.
